An Erasmus+ youth exchange in Kaunas, Lithuania, that brings together 32 participants from Lithuania, Turkey, Italy and Spain to examine career possibilities and build motivation for future paths.
During the exchange participants investigate various professional opportunities, evaluate their own strengths and gaps, and design short‑ and long‑term personal development plans. Interactive, non‑formal sessions foster a positive mindset, career motivation and mentorship exchanges across borders.
Participants leave with a clearer sense of suitable career routes, enhanced self‑assessment skills, motivation for professional growth, and the groundwork to launch Career Advancement Clubs that will support local youth in their home countries.
