Participants will learn safeguarding and risk‑management principles, explore personal challenges faced by vulnerable young people abroad, practice first‑response, conflict‑resolution and trauma‑informed techniques, co‑create the Safe Moves Toolkit, and reflect on their competence development through Youthpass and YOCOMO assessments.
Enhanced ability to provide safe, inclusive mobility experiences, a practical Safe Moves Toolkit, hands‑on experience with trauma‑informed approaches, and a Youthpass certificate recognising the acquired competences.
