This course in Bergen aan Zee invites young adults aged 16‑30 who have already participated in non‑formal learning to step into roles as group leaders, facilitators or trainers and to deepen their facilitation skills.
Through hands‑on practice, observation and reflection, participants examine group dynamics, pedagogical strategies, diversity, conflict handling, safeguarding and communication. They explore IYNF’s three thematic dimensions—Green, Red, and Blue—applying them to practical scenarios.
By the end, participants feel more confident leading groups, better able to recognize and respond to group needs, and equipped with a foundation for ongoing skill development. They also gain a clearer sense of their role in fostering inclusive learning environments.
Participation fee: 50 EUR for Naturefriends members / 75 EUR for non-members.
