MeMentor Training Course

MeMentor is a non‑formal training course that advances mutual mentorship practices for youth workers and educators, held in Lublin, Poland (13‑20 November 2026).

Participants learn and practice mentoring methods (goal‑setting, self‑reflection, challenge‑based learning, evaluation and feedback), receive basic Psychological First Aid training, simulate mutual‑mentoring processes, and collaboratively create a mentoring guidebook.

Each participant leaves with practical mentoring tools, introductory knowledge of Psychological First Aid for mentoring contexts, hands‑on experience from simulations, and a co‑produced guidebook that can be used in future mentoring work.
