Through interactive workshops, practical inclusive‑sports sessions, visits to local socio‑sport projects and group work, participants learn to plan, facilitate and evaluate socio‑sports activities, apply non‑formal education methods and develop gender‑equity tools.
A set of methodological tools, activity templates and gender‑equity guidelines, a personal inclusion playbook, a network of peers and contacts, and a certificate confirming their competence in socio‑sports leadership.
