Equal Ground Q1: Meaningful Participation — Beyond the Seat at the Table

A free, online, participatory forum (Equal Ground Q1) for youth workers, trainers and changemakers to explore meaningful participation of refugees, migrants and stateless people beyond a symbolic seat at the table.

Through facilitated, community‑centred dialogue participants share lived‑experience perspectives, discuss barriers, exchange ideas and co‑design practical ways to enable genuine influence in decision‑making processes.

A deeper understanding of meaningful participation versus token representation, identified barriers, concrete approaches for inclusive dialogue, and ideas for translating community insights into action within their own youth‑work contexts.
