E-motion: a practical guide to Emotional Intelligence in youth work!

E‑Motion is an international non‑formal training course for youth workers, held 1–8 December 2026 in Aparan, Armenia, focused on practical emotional‑intelligence tools.

Participants engage in self‑reflection, peer‑learning circles, role‑plays and hands‑on exercises to practice self‑awareness, emotional regulation, empathy, active listening and motivational communication, and they co‑create an E‑Motion Toolkit for use in their own contexts.

Attendees leave with strengthened emotional‑intelligence competencies, concrete methods for supporting young people’s wellbeing and motivation, a ready‑to‑use E‑Motion Toolkit, and a network of peers for ongoing exchange.
